Returns
We want you to love what you've ordered. If something isn't right, let us know. It may be the fit, the colour or the style generally. We will gladly exchange or refund if you feel the product is not right. Please send us an email within 5 days of receipt to returns@nestonlineshop.com and we can help you from there.
If you received a gift from our website then you will only be able to exchange the product and not refund it.
Returns Policy
Please notify us in writing within 5 days and return to us within 30 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. Please take extra care to read our Washing Instructions page as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed.
Making Returns
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting since we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
