Our prices are guaranteed except in the case of a typographical or printing error. Payment is made by Paypal and so currencies available through Paypal can also be used. Prices do not include post and packing charges currently applied for delivery (see "delivery"). Invoices should be kept and delivery notes enclosed with any article returned for an exchange or a refund.

If we have accepted an order from you & you then wish to cancel this order you must email us within 24 hours to notify us of this. Please quote your nest lifestyle order number. If you have already been sent an email confirming despatch it will not be possible to cancel your order. In this case it will be necessary for you to return the goods to us at your own cost & risk. A charge of HKD 50.00 will apply to cover our delivery charges & administration costs.

In the unlikely event that any goods received are faulty, damaged or incorrect, please notify us by email as soon as possible & no later than 5 working days. We will endeavour to resolve the situation to your satisfaction without delay. Please contact us to arrange for return delivery of the affected item. Once we have received the item concerned (in it's original packaging & condition) we will be able to give a full refund for the cost including delivery charges.

It is important to note that information about our products does not amount to an offer by us to sell the products on that basis. Rather, it is an invitation to you to make us an offer to purchase that product on that basis, therefore references to orders placed by customers are deemed to be references to offers by such customers to purchase the relevant produce from us. Although we will endeavour to maintain to supply you with the item requested, sometimes we may be unable to fulfill an order. In this instance, you will be informed at the earliest opportunity. Product images displayed on the website may occasionally differ from the respective product names and descriptions, due to changes in packaging and/or availability.

We deliver anywhere in the world. Simply state the delivery address clearly when placing the order via the internet. Your order will be delivered by International Airmail. If an article is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will send it out as soon as it becomes available and will inform you by email accordingly. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses please place separate orders for each shipping address.

The customer will be liable for all duties or levies payable at any foreign port outside Hong Kong.
